Q: What is the AWWS Dinner Theater?

A: The AWWS Dinner Theater is a festive holiday experience featuring a magical dinner, live performances, music, dancing, bouncy houses, cotton candy, popcorn, and more. The event also includes a special show with Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves, toy soldiers, and other holiday-themed characters.

Q: When and where is the event taking place?

A: This year’s AWWS event will take place on December 13th, 2025. Time is from 1:00 to 5:00pm. We are happy to be returning to The Edward Davis Center (Queens). 

Q: What is the schedule for the event?

A:1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Family Fun Hour

Bounce houses, cotton candy, popcorn stations open.

Guests mingle and settle in.

2:00 PM – 3:00 PM | Santa Photos & Holiday Magic

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Dinner Service

Guests are seated for a full holiday meal.

A: 60-minute production filled with music, dance, and festive surprises!

Q: How long does the event last?

A: The entire event lasts approximately 4 hours.

Q: How do I purchase tickets?

A: Tickets can be purchased on our website. 

Q: How is seating assigned?

A: General Family seating (Please sit with your family/friends)

Q: Are there different seating options?  

A: Tables accommodate 10 guests each, with a maximum of 25 tables. 

Q: Do infants and toddlers need a ticket?

A: Yes, all guests, including infants and toddlers, must have a ticket to attend.

Q: What does the ticket include?

A: Tickets include access to all activities, dinner, and the holiday show.

Q: What kind of food will be served?

A: The menu features delicious, festive food suitable for all ages. Specific menu details will be shared closer to the event.

A: Guests can enjoy bouncy houses, cotton candy, popcorn, photos with Santa, a toy and coat giveaway, and a live holiday-themed show.

Q: Is there a dress code for attendees?

A: Festive attire is encouraged, but not required. Come dressed in your favorite holiday outfit!

Q: What COVID-19 precautions are being taken?

A: All staff and volunteers will provide a negative COVID test prior to the event. Guests are encouraged to follow current health guidelines.

Q: Are children allowed at the event?

A: Absolutely! The event is designed for families and children of all ages.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Parking is street-only. Please allow ample time to find parking near the venue.

Q: Does purchasing a ticket include a media release?

A: Yes, by purchasing a ticket or using any services, attendees give permission for their images and videos to be used for promotional purposes.
