    Q: What is the AWWS Dinner Theater?
    A: The AWWS Dinner Theater is a festive holiday experience featuring a magical dinner, live performances, music, dancing, bouncy houses, cotton candy, popcorn, and more. The event also includes a special show with Santa, Mrs. Claus, elves, toy soldiers, and other holiday-themed characters.

    Q: When and where is the event taking place?
    A: We are currently working on 2025’s event. Please check back every so often for new information.

    Q: What is the schedule for the event?

    A new schedule will be place here near the event’s time.

    Q: How long does the event last?
    A: The entire event lasts approximately 4 hours.


    Tickets and Seating

    Q: How do I purchase tickets?
    A: Tickets can be purchased on our website. 

    Q: How is seating assigned?
    A: Seating is first-come, first-served, based on the time of ticket purchase. Early ticket buyers will have priority in seating arrangements.

    Q: Are there different seating options?
    A: Tables accommodate 10 guests each, with a maximum of 25 tables.

    Q: Do infants and toddlers need a ticket?
    A: Yes, all guests, including infants and toddlers, must have a ticket to attend.

    Q: What does the ticket include?
    A: Tickets include access to all activities, dinner, and the holiday show. Additional items, such as popcorn or photos with Santa, may have a nominal fee.


    Food and Dining

    Q: What kind of food will be served?
    A: The menu features delicious, festive food suitable for all ages. Specific menu details will be shared closer to the event.


    Activities and Entertainment

    Q: What activities are included?
    A: Guests can enjoy bouncy houses, cotton candy, popcorn, photos with Santa, a toy and coat giveaway, and a live holiday-themed show.

    Q: Is there a dress code for attendees?
    A: Festive attire is encouraged, but not required. Come dressed in your favorite holiday outfit!


    Health and Safety

    Q: What COVID-19 precautions are being taken?
    A: All staff and volunteers will provide a negative COVID test prior to the event. Guests are encouraged to follow current health guidelines.

    Q: Are children allowed at the event?
    A: Absolutely! The event is designed for families and children of all ages.

    Q: Is parking available?
    A: Parking is street-only. Please allow ample time to find parking near the venue.

    Q: Does purchasing a ticket include a media release?
    A: Yes, by purchasing a ticket or using any services, attendees give permission for their images and videos to be used for promotional purposes.

    A: Yes, we’re always looking for enthusiastic volunteers and performers! Please email us for more information.
